I’ll be entering college later this month. I’ll be living in the dorms for the first year. I narrowed my want list down to these two laptops but I can’t decide which one I should get!

I would get the Sony because it is cheaper and it’s processor is better, but I would get the XPS because of it’s security features (i.e. A$$ kicking Biometric fingerprint reader!!!). Also, I’m a little concerned about the XPS’s battery life, but that doesn’t cost much to upgrade. Help!!!
Any other suggestions will help too. Money isn’t much of an issue.. i suppose..as long as it stays under 50!
Also, the Sony comes with an all-in-one printer, and the XPS comes with a free bag.
One more thing! The XPS comes with one year of Lo-Jack Theft recovery which might be useful in the dorms! After a year, I’ll be staying at home!
