Can someone get fingerprints done without U.S. identification card?

Can an illegal alien, from Mexico, get a livescan fingerprint done who does not have a California ID, or green card, or Social Security Number? They have a Mexican driver’s license and Mexican passport. They want to get a job in a nursing home, and the nursing home requires that fingerprints are run through DOJ, and an FBI check.

Who do I vote for to get a "Real ID"? I need one now!?

When I buy alcohol, I want my fingerprint, social security number, medical information, retna scan, hi resolution picture of my face, info if race and country of origin of my parents, info about me owning firearms, and info about what clubs I belong to, getting scanned by the 18 year old employee. Not like any of that is private information…

I need this new ID because someone could have a fake ID with my face and name on it, and they could be trying to buy alcohol with it!

I want the card to be updatability with whatever information the department of homeland security thinks best. I want the card to be unchallengeable by courts for constitutionality.

I need to be safe. So when can I get my National (not "National ID") Real ID? And who do I vote for to get it?

Please list ALL the candidates, and if they support the Real ID act. Thanks!

What happens if I don't go to my court date, will the police actively search for me?

I was arrested in California for shoplifting. I never gave my social security number or my driver’s license number. The only thing the cop wrote down is my name and my address. I was never booked.. no mug shot or fingerprinting done. If I never showed up for my court date, will the cops actually come knocking on my door or will the warrants just be out there?

military background checks for prior service?

only respond if your qualified to. all iwant is a answer to THIS question.
at MEPS they do two checks- fingerprint and FBI. i want to know if they do these checks just for criminal and mediacl reasons or if they also do these for prior service. and for prior service do they just check your name and social security number or fingerprints also. or are fingerprints primarily reserved for criminal background checks. Also does any of this matter if the prior service was only for 3 months- did not graduate AIT?
AGAIN if you dont know the direct answer do not waste my time with bullshit.

If I get caught breaking US law, can I hide my US citizenship and get deported instead of going to US jail?

If my fingerprints are not in the system, and I’ve got no id on my person, and I get caught breaking the US law, can I just claim to be an undocumented Mexican and be "deported" to Mexico instead of a US jail therby avoiding a US criminal record on my name and social security number?

It’s still a pain in the ass to get caught breaking the law, but if it has to happen, it seems like the most beneficial route to take is as an undocumented alien rather than a US citizen.
Some of you are missing the point. I do not want to deny my citizenship. I want to hide it. I would still be a US citizen and reap all of the benefits which that entails. But, when it would be to my advantage to be a non citizen, I could gain even more benefits by dodging the bad parts of being a US citizen. Then I could return to the US when the coast is clear. Thus I could aquire the most personal gain for myself, and better my life the most possible. It is not really fair and honest within our system of citizenship, but heck, none of us have any respect for that crap system, RIGHT?

what can be found through a social security number?

I’m a little bit confused on what can be found through your social security number. Before getting employed through my possible new job, one of the criteria for employment is to sign a US Resident Criminal Authorization Form. Aside from the requirement of your signature, it asks the question:Have you ever been convicted of any Criminal Violation of the law other than a minor traffic violation or are you now under pending investigation or charges… and then of course your SSN, birth date, and current address.

1st question: Without taking your fingerprints, how can they do a criminal background search based on your SSN alone?

2nd question: If I have a charge that is suspended through a conditional discharge for a year (which means I have not been convicted nor is it pending anymore), do I say no to this question.

3rd question: Does the suspended charge show up as suspended through a criminal background search – another words what does a current conditional discharge say on your criminal history search?

Please – someone who knows these answers for sure help me put my mind at rest.

Can The District Attorney give my social security number to the public?

Can the States attorney or any other Attorney make my social security number, birth date, home address public information if you have not been convected of a crime.

I got a call from a unknown person that got a hold of all my personal information Thur the District Attorneys office, he also received three more individuals information. Yes i was in shock..He said he received it through his Discovery process with the court’s system, but I have nothing to do with it the issue.

It worries me because 7 years ago a person was arrested and placed in jail under my name,Later the person made bail under my name and then did not appear in court..I was arrested and held in jail until the courts matched finger prints of the arrest date compared to my fingerprints..Yes i was released that day and later the other person was caught..Should i worry about this thing happening Again..And if so what can i do legally to protect myself?

I accidentally used an incorrect social security number?

I realized quite recently that over the last 2+ years, I was unintentionally using the wrong social security number in applying for work. Specifically, I was off by one digit. It’s been used in employment for one job two years ago, and for fingerprinting for a place I volunteered last year.
How urgent is it to call up these places to let them know my records are inaccurate and that they need to be changed? In addition, who else do I notify?
I didn’t file for a tax return the summer I worked, but I’ll be sure to call up my employer to let them know.

Green Card stolen & waiting for replacement. Will I be able to get a job meanwhile?

My green card was stolen 2 months ago. I filled out the I-90 (Application to Replace Alien Registration Card) and already went to my biometrics appointment. I was told I could get my passport stamped with a temporary proof of residence by doing an InfoPass appointment. Problem is that I recently quit my job and need a new one ASAP! My InfoPass appointment is 3 weeks away, will I be able to still get a job? I mean, I am a legal resident, and have a social security number, it’s just that I don’t have any physical proof of it all since my bag was stolen with all these inside. I will have it in 3 weeks, but I just can’t wait that long to go job hunting.
Could a potential employer accept, meanwhile, a photocopy of my green card/letters/correspondence with the USCIS? My only current id is a passport, with nothing in it, except for a stamp saying I was admitted 3 months ago, after returning from a trip overseas.
Thanks! any help is greatly appreciated :)
