Blank FingerprintED cards at home…Legal or Illegal?

Ok went to State Police Support Center to get my fingerprints collected so I can submit them to TSA(trasportation security administration). The son of a BTCH working there took my fingerprints and gave those both cards to me. When I called HOME LAND SECURITY they said that it is Violation of Security. My fingerprints were on it, he did not fill out anything like name. it was blank. If i wanted to done something I could have wrote some one else name with my fingerprints you know. DON’T YOU THINK THAT US LAW ENFOREMENT AGENCY SCREWED US EVEN DURING 9/11. HOW CAN I REPORT THIS PERON WHO GAVE THESE DOCUMENTS TO ME. CAN I REPORT IT TO FBI?
He did not fill anything, he just gave me the card with my fingerprints ON IT. what if I put some terrorists name instead of mine, with my fingerprints you know what I mean. This is just an example by the way.

Military Security Clearance/ Background Questions.?

Hi, Thanks in advance!

I am enlisting in the military and the MOS I want requires a SECRET Clearance. I have/had a juvenile record from when I was 17. I am currently 28. My case was dismissed, I was not found to be an adjudicate of the court, and the record is "sealed," expunged," "destroyed," "hidden." And every other word my lawyer could think of to indicate it is unavailable. My question is, do I disclose this to my recruiter? I know most will say "Yes! Of course! The Military will find EVERYTHING!"

However, I am a Nationally Registered Paramedic in Los Angeles. As part of my licensing and certification I had to be fingerprinted to undergo 3 to 4 background checks from Local Agency level to FBI and DOJ (Department of Justice). All of which came back with "NO ARREST" status. If the FBI and DOJ do not have information on my expunged record how will, (or can), the DoD get it? From my understanding they can’t, specifically because a SECRET clearance only does computer based background checks?
I was told by the judge and lawyer to answer "NO," to any questions asking if I was ever arrested or charged. I answered NO on my National Registry DOJ and FBI forms. I have renewed my License 2x since then.

What do you guys think on the matter? Are my records indeed expunged, or does the FBI and DOJ conduct very poor background checks? I do not want a waiver limiting my enlistment for a gross misunderstanding over a decade old. I would rather not enlist than enlist with a waiver and under certain conditions.

Does anyone have, or know someone who has, a Secret Clearance who omitted any juvenile info (As instructed by the Judge) on their SF-86 that was "sealed?"
****** Please keep in mind, I am a NATIONALLY REGISTERED Paramedic and as such have undergone background checks by the FBI and DOJ. I am also State, County, and City Licensed and Registered and have also undergone background checks on State, County, and Local levels. I have even submitted fingerprints and background information to the DOT (Dept of Transportation.) On all background forms I stayed consistent with what the judge told me as a juvenile. Which is that I have never been arrested or charged. I waited roughly 6 weeks to get my background cleared by FBI and DOJ and a little bit less time for my County and Local Agency check.

How do these background checks by FBI, DOJ, State, County, and Local Agency check differ from the background check for SECRET Clearance?

****If I now mention my juvenile record to the military, that can then lead to a slippery slope into my civilian career in which I have always contested that I have never been arrested or charged. Correct?

I-485, juvenile record question?

I am applying for change of status I-485 and the application asks if I was "ever arrested, cited, charged, indicted, fined or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law…" When I was 12 years old (more than 10 yrs ago) I was arrested for shoplifting and was fingerprinted and photographed, my case went to juvenile probation dept and was passed for deferred prosecution. I was told to complete a program for shoplifting and to see a juvenile probation officer for 6 months and was told my case would be closed after that. I read that there’s a law in TX that says juvenile records are placed in "restricted access" as soon as the juvenile turns 21 and has not committed any other crimes (which I didn’t). According to Texas Juvenile Justice System, I may legally say no when asked if I "have ever been arrested, convicted or adjudicated of a crime" I went ahead and requested my criminal history data and it said that no record exists. So I’m confused, should I say yes or no in my I-485 application? Also, will FBI (biometrics) be able to see that record? Please advice, I don’t want to make a mistake in my application.
P.S. This is the brochure where I got the information:

Can someone get fingerprints done without U.S. identification card?

Can an illegal alien, from Mexico, get a livescan fingerprint done who does not have a California ID, or green card, or Social Security Number? They have a Mexican driver’s license and Mexican passport. They want to get a job in a nursing home, and the nursing home requires that fingerprints are run through DOJ, and an FBI check.

Subsitute custodial job with school district?

Is this an easy job…I get payed decent although I have not started yet. They have to do an FBI check and I got fingerprinted yesterday…I understand the need for security being around children and teenagers but man it’s a lot for cleaning toilets. I have no experience doing this. What can I expect? What will I be doing. I have to call in the morning to get assignments or what school to be at. Is this normal. Anybody who works as a custodian or for the school district….answers would be a blessing.

Security Clearence and arrest record?

I was arrested in NY for DUI 12 years ago but since my BAC was a .07 I was only charged with DWAI (a violation not a misdemeanor) not fingerprinted and the charges were reduced to a speeding and a seat belt ticket. No record exists at the FBI or at the NY State level only at the local county level. Will this show up on a secret level security investigation (Federal job)?
While this event is minor by itself, I was also arrested two additional times. Once 10 years ago for a DUI (reduced to reckless driving) and once 21 years ago for trespassing (adjudication withheld and no contest 0 fine) . I’ve had no issues since and have changed a lot. I’m just scared that 3 arrests will be to much even though they were quite a while ago.

FB Criminal History Record for Immigration Cases (specifically being denied admission)?

Does the fingerprint check/criminal history record with the FBI also have Immigration Charges? Specifically, If someone was denied admission at the US border for having controlled substances will this be documented in the Criminal History Report?

Also – for another unrelated country that the person may want to immigrate to (say one in Europe) will the same applicant then be considered as a criminal/security threat for being denied admission to the US based on such charges?

military background checks for prior service?

only respond if your qualified to. all iwant is a answer to THIS question.
at MEPS they do two checks- fingerprint and FBI. i want to know if they do these checks just for criminal and mediacl reasons or if they also do these for prior service. and for prior service do they just check your name and social security number or fingerprints also. or are fingerprints primarily reserved for criminal background checks. Also does any of this matter if the prior service was only for 3 months- did not graduate AIT?
AGAIN if you dont know the direct answer do not waste my time with bullshit.

How can you leave a workplace on good terms?

I am putting in my two weeks notice where I work now because I hate it there. Just being there causes so much stress and sometimes it makes me physically sick to my stomach. Our boss screams and yells orders at us. Just this morning my boss yelled at me, "Go tell Sheila to get her act together and get out the door to her lunch break now!" I am not the boss so I feel that is his job and I told him so. I am just a regular employee just like Sheila. I told him I would not be treated as a child and take being yelled at. He replied, "We’ll see about that one day." Then he waited until 15 minutes until time for me to go home and brought me a form for an FBI background check and told me I had 15 min to get to the police station (3 miles away) and get fingerprinted and get back in time to clock out. He said he was on a deadline and HAD to have all the fingerprints done today or we get shut down. Is it legal for me to give him a note stating why I am leaving?

What would disqualify a person for a low-non-sensitive position with the USDA?

I have a tentative job offer from the USDA for a low-non-sensitive position at the local level. I completed a form with information for 10 years, lists of references, and provided fingerprints for an FBI background check. Is this simply due to the homeland security act since 9/11, what information would possibly disqualify me, and how long do these usually take? Please answer only if you have direct knowledge, not speculation. Thanks.
