The clock time changes depending on the energy that is used to measure it ,didnt Frank Harris prove that it in impossible to have a moving clock without affecting the energy required for its measurement?
if a clock loses energy it would tick tack slower and slower till it dies wouldnt it? no matter how many times you take it flying around the earth wouldnd it?

When the world dictator comes out, and I believe he is alive today, just has not come on the scene yet, he will force everybody ont he face of the earth to wear his personal identification number weather it is 666 or some other number I do not know. And do not say the bible is made up, because it is not. I have recieved many things from God, and as soon as I recieved them I wrote them down word for word. The prophets in the bible, as soon as they received word from God or something else they wrote it down. The bible is holy spirit inspired, otherwise it would not be called the word of God. Genuine replies only. And I know there isn’t too many genuine non believers. There are some but not many. I do not try to convert anyone, just talk about what I have been through and how I became a believer. A person cannot come to Christ unless the holy spirit draws them. It is the job of the holy spirit, not man. As man can only plant seeds and that is it. If you do not have the holy spirit you cannot be a believer. Before I had the spirit in me, I found it hard to believe too. Anyway back to the original question, would you receive the mark if forced, or refuse it?

I went to CIMB bank for sending money overseas and they, of course required me to show my IC as a proof of identification (pictured identification)

Unfortunately, I left my IC at home. I have my driving licence. But they refused to accept it. They only accept IC or passport.

Isn’t a driving licence a valid document issued & recognized by the Malaysian Government with picture as a proof an individual’s identity?

Frustrated I went back with my IC, and guess what? I presented the IC & required forms to another officer/counter and he took the IC, photocopied and all, without looking at my face.
Aren’t they supposed to verify the PICTURE and the PERSON who they dealt with?

And I wonder why on earth we have morons like those officers who regard my (Government-issued) pictured ID driving license is not LEGITIMATE enough to verify a person!

Yes, of course the rules/procedures are meant to protect the consumer. But again, by not having understand the idea or common sense of the reason, that would defeat the purpose of having such rules. Like requiring the IC for a mere formality & not really verify pictured ID & the customer.

Ya, I read about it. 6 mths behind bars for not carrying an IC.

This is one of many instances where our laws & priorities are so poor.

Besides a person could be a Pendatang Tanpa Izin, what else could the person without IC or forgot to bring IC do harm to the nation?

The person may not bring his IC, but he has other pictured-document for verification of one’s identity.

when I first heard about gravitational time dilation I could not believe it. At first I thought it must be the gravity interfering with the atomic clocks or mechanical clocks making them go slower so as to seem like gravity was slowing them down on the space shuttles in orbit on earth. But now I know after studying a lot about time dilation that gravitational time dilation does really slow time down. So can you just give me a few reasons why it is not the gravity interfering with the clocks mechanics and on the atomic clocks on the space shuttles in orbit on earth. Thank you.

i’m actually very confused about this topic..
i have heard that the niqaab is mustahab but not faradth..
when i think about wearing the niqaab, i get butterflies..
complete hijab? i feel like my imaan is at new levels. treading the earth only for Allah. i feel that the niqaab gives my sisters a feeling of freedom and security.

but then i start worrying…
i’m not a scholar,
i’m a student who’s desperate for knowledge, but not knowing where to go..

i start to think that maybe, my niqaabi sisters are mistaken..
because i remember the hadith of the rasul (SAAWS) that tells us to follow the majority of muslimeen.
could this conflict with the niqaab, since most sisters don’t veil their face?
these are the kind of things that confuse me. i feel like niqaab actually contradicts some hadiths…

i start thinking about how it might limit me.
but then again i see very active niqaabi sisters
so i’m confused, i don’t know..

then i think about another hadith where the prophet (SAAWS) tells us to avoid extremes in religion, not to make things more difficult than they were..
and another hadith where the beloved (SAAWS) tells asmaa (RAA) to veil all but the face and hands…
so the prophet (SAAWS) is telling us to show the face, but…..
then there are hadiths that say that muslim women during the time of the rasul (SAAWS) veiled their faces… but i guess only during a time of fitna??
this i’m not understanding..

if my heart wasn’t so shaky about this, i’d love to wear the niqaab.
but sometimes i think, maybe it’s not even islamic…

but just to update, about the hadiths i refered to.
the prophet (SAAWS) tells us to follow the majority of the ulama, not the muslimeen.
i thought about it, every single muslim could go astray, but the knowledge does not change. and many schools of thought already have fatwas that the niqaab is islamic.
of course the leaders would know more than me.
i think because of the hadith with the rasul (SAAWS) and asmaa (RAA), it definitely makes the hijab faradth, the other hadiths make the niqaab mustahab.. i think

i’ll have to look into this more, this is only what i think.. i may be totally wrong.
