If a person is stealing company time or money (small amount) and is involved in alcohol treatment receive different consequences than a non alcoholic employee? There is an employee at my work who is frequently late, no-call/no-show, clocks in without working for up to an hour, is stealing small amounts of merchandise, and is subject for termination. However, when complaints are made, employees are told by management that the "employee" is in treatment and by law they are not allowed to suspend or terminate the individual. Is this the lack of backbone in the company or the law in Massachusetts? Thank you.

I have had a very unusual experience. Last week, I got on my computer, and saw that the time was an hour behind, even though a week earlier I had reset it for daylights savings. That same day, I was in my car, and the time in it was also off by one hour-an hour earlier, and I had set that clock too. Now I know what you’re thinking. I did it wrong. But I CAN set a clock correctly.
This past Saturday, I got on my computer, and the time, again was an hour behind. I reset it and called two friends at the same time, to tell them about this clock dilemma.
Anyone have any ideas about this. My mum thinks it may dad who passed on coming to see me, f–king with the clocks? I just know it really happened.
I TOLD you: I have set my clocks every year. I know how to hit the set button and no the batteries aren’t dead in YOUR car or computer? No batteries in the computer. Car battery was fine….?

..coming into work and having to dodge paper cuts and staples and hard to press punch in clocks!Now let me tell you what I can remember, OK — because what I was told was that we had to come to work a certain way because of the threat of coming under fire. (ok, i mean getting fired!)

This is so weird but we have 3 clocks in our house, none of them will keep time right they always go an hour back or an hour forward, our stove also went an hour ahead. Our computer wont even keep the time right it went 2 hours back, and now my bf’s phone wont keep time when hes here. Does this mean something??

One clocks in 5 minutes early one day and the time is rounded to the next hour, then 5 minutes late the next day but loses the time. Definitely not fair for the employee but is it legal to do this?

two clocks/watch (clock A & clock B) synchronised minute for minute, seconds for seconds exactly. after 10 year passed, there’s surely a deviation between both time that the clock reads, probably half a second or perhaps half a minute, so how do i determine which one is the accurate one, how do i know clock A is faster or slower or perhaps how do i determine clock B is the one which is slower or faster. supposing that i take a third clock (clock C) as reference how do i determine whether it is accurate as well. any clue? please justify

Which time zones do hotels show on their clocks?

You know when you go into a fancy hotel? well they often have a number of clocks above reception ot indicate various time zones… can you tell me which ones they show? Are they the same ones usually? What are the main universal times zones shown?

Basically which countries/cities are usually shown?

He is moving the time to reflect the schedule not the hours worked. So everyone that clocks in early or has to stay late is working for free. Also i am the only one that knows not even management has figured it out. This is in a restaurant and these kids work for minimum wage. What can i do to help?
Also i have the physical evidence of the changes. I printed out the time sheet adjustments from the computer system.
